Additional SIM (user): Additional users will not increase data allowance, include value or tech fund. The extra SIM charge will not be counted pro-rata.

Sharing:  Each user will have access to the shared data and included value on a first in first served basis.

Usage: Any unused data allowance, including any Data Pack and any Included Value expires at the end of each calendar month.

Included Value: It can be used for the services listed on the plan's Critical Information Summary. If you go over your monthly Included Value, the standard rate will be charged. For more details, please check out in Rates & Charges.

Unlimited Australian Calls:  This includes calls to standard Australian numbers, including 1300 and 1800 numbers and voicemail retrievals all within Australia.

Tech Fund: If the total cost of devices you select exceeds your tech fund amount, you will need to pay additional fees. Postage & handling fee will apply to each order and cannot be deducted from the tech fund.

Cancellation:  If you cancel the services before the contract ends, an early termination fee will be charged.

How much data do I need:  There are few factors that would affect the actual amount of data usage. The table below may be of assistance to gain a better understanding of how much data you may require. This may help you choose the right plan that you need. Please note that actual usage will depend on the device used, the technology used (3G or 4G) and other factors. The information below is based on averages and provides estimates only.
